Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract in Kenya, and not previously removed from Lovora. One account per person.

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Information on your profile must be truthful and about you.

Follow our Community Guidelines. No harassment, hate speech, nudity, impersonation, commercial solicitation, requests for money, or illegal activity. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans are billed in Kenya Shillings via M-PESA for the period shown at checkout. Plans do not auto-renew unless stated. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2012.

You keep ownership of what you post, and give Lovora a licence to display it within the service. We may review, hide or remove photos and messages that break these terms.

Lovora does not run criminal background checks. Take care when meeting people — see our Safety Tips. Lovora is not liable for the conduct of members on or off the service, to the extent permitted by law.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
