Privacy Policy

Account details (email, date of birth), profile information and photos, your preferences, approximate location or city, messages you send, likes and connections, payment records, and technical data such as device and activity times.

Some profile details — such as religion or relationship preferences — may be sensitive personal data. You choose whether to add them, and we process them only with your consent to show them on your profile.

To run the service and show you matches, to keep members safe (moderation and fraud prevention), to process payments, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Other signed-in members can see your profile and approved photos. Your phone number is shown only if you verify it and choose to share it. Service providers (hosting, email, payments) process data on our behalf under contract.

While your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your profile, photos and messages, keeping only records we must retain by law (for example payment records).

You may access, correct, download or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use Settings → Download my data or Delete account, or contact us. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

Data is encrypted in transit, photos are stored privately and shared through expiring links, and access by staff is limited.
